What the MoU covers

Clause 1 · Purpose

An Industry AI Center of Excellence on the institution's campus, where selected students train apprenticeship-style on real industrial AI problems — manufacturing process optimisation, materials and design AI, applied machine learning — using the methods the founder worked with at DLR, Fraunhofer and in automotive R&D.

Clause 2 · Objectives

Employability through production-grade project experience and portfolio evidence; documented industry linkage supporting NAAC Criterion 3 and NIRF parameters; applied-research exposure and joint supervision for faculty; a pipeline of industry-ready graduates.

Clause 3 · What we provide

Curriculum, industrial problem statements and project mentorship at no capital cost to the institution. Mentorship by practitioners including direct supervision by the founder. Joint, co-branded certificates for students who complete CoE programs. Periodic progress reports covering participation, project outcomes and placement-relevant metrics.

Clause 4 · What the institution provides

A designated room or lab with seating, power and connectivity. Access to interested students through official channels, and a nominated faculty coordinator. Permission to use the institution name and logo solely for CoE activities and joint certification, with prior written approval. Reasonable administrative support for scheduling on campus.

Clause 5 · Financial arrangement

No financial obligation on either party. No fee, charge or capital expenditure for the institution. Students who voluntarily enrol in advanced cohorts do so directly with us under separate terms, with fees disclosed transparently in advance. Any future revenue-sharing or sponsored-lab arrangement requires a separate written agreement.

Clause 6 · Intellectual property

Curriculum, training material, software, models and methodologies remain ours. Student project work is theirs to use in their personal portfolios. Jointly developed research intended for publication carries attribution to both parties, subject to mutual written consent.

Clause 7 · Term, review and termination

One year from the effective date, renewable by mutual written consent, with a joint progress review every six months. Either party may terminate on thirty days written notice without liability — provided a running student cohort is allowed to finish its current program.

Clause 8 · General

A statement of mutual intent. Except for Clauses 5 and 6 it does not create legally binding obligations, agency, partnership or employment. Both parties keep non-public information confidential, resolve disputes by discussion, and remain free to enter similar arrangements elsewhere.
